This recipe is really easy to throw together and a great one to get started with because the banana and mango nicely mask the spinach.

Get Up & Glow Green Smoothie

Ingredients
2 handfuls fresh spinach
1 cup frozen mangos
1 1/2 frozen bananas
8 oz coconut water or filtered water

Optional:
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp flax seeds (ground)

Directions
Add spinach and coconut water to blender. Blend until completely smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend away. I like my smoothies thick, so feel free to add more liquid per your preference.
